- Share renovation goals with Artisan through pictures and wish-list
- Site visit to gather measurements and analyze existing conditions
- Create drawings of a new kitchen or ensuite plan through collaboration with Homeowner
Step - 2
Fixed bid quote
- Pinpoint the scope of work and identify which subtrades are required including any engineering and permits
- Provide a fixed bid for the project based on Artisan’s standard selections & allowances
- Upon acceptance, meet with suppliers to make final product selections
- Order materials and create the project schedule
Step - 3
Complete and Enjoy
- Execute the work in a timely and professional manner to completion
- Resolve any deficiencies and identify the project as complete
- Enjoy the renovated space
